Good day, I am Kim. I am a christian first and foremost (born again in 2021). For your purposes I am also a certified Health Coach.

Through the ages of 18-31, I was diagnosed with multiple illnesses including bipolar disorder type 1 and graves disease. I quickly came to find that continuously working on bettering my overall wellness (by looking at wellness holistically) improved my symptoms and overal quality of life.

My mission is to serve clients on their wellness journey, while helping cultivate and grow a sense of empowerment and pleasure both resulting from their sucesses, and also driving future success.

I do not offer "quick fixes" but assist in real lifestyle changes with proven tools and strategies your current and future self can employ.

I'd love to assist and encourage you along your wellness journey! As a Christian Health Coach; I am a Health Coach in profession, and I aim for Jesus to be the cornerstone of every aspect in my life including health coaching.  My services are open to those of all walks of life and religions.
